- Defining elements
1.1. The online store SUPERSLEEPER.RO is managed and owned through the website www.supersleeper.ro (hereinafter referred to as "Site") by Foodie Trucks SRL, RO 36862236, Blvd Bucurestii noi 50A, sector 1, Bucharest.
1.2. In this document, the following terms will mean:

- "Buyer": represents the person, company or other legal entity that accesses the Website and places an Order;
- "Goods and Services": any product or service presented on the Site, including those mentioned in the Order (Shop/Ebooks) or regarding the way in which they are to be provided to the Buyer by the Seller;
- "Specifications": all the specifications and / or description of the Goods and Services, including the way they are specified in the Order;
- "Order": represents the electronic document that intervenes as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer, through which the Seller agrees to deliver Goods and Services to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and Services and make their payment;
- "Contract": represents the Order confirmed by the Seller by issuing the fiscal invoice. The conclusion of the Contract does not take place when the Order is placed or the confirmation of receipt of this Order is issued.

2.1. The seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notification or without specifying the reasons. The changes will be made by updating this document, becoming mandatory and with immediate effect. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop accessing and using the Site. Continuing to access and use the Site or purchase the Goods and Services presented on the Site by you after the modification of this document will constitute acceptance of the modifications made.

- Contract documents
3.1. When placing an Order, the Buyer expresses his consent to receive from the Seller commercial electronic messages and/or by telephone. Placing an Order on the Site can be followed by contacting via e-mail and/or phone, which confirms the placing of the Order and the fact that it will be processed by the Seller's representatives. This e-mail, as well as discussions by telephone or in other ways with the Seller's representatives, do not constitute firm acceptance of the Order and do not signify the conclusion of the Distance Contract.
3.2. The sending by e-mail from the Seller of the delivery notification to the Buyer, without requiring a confirmation of receipt from him, constitutes the moment of concluding the Distance Contract and implies full acceptance of the terms of the Order. The buyer can cancel an Order before receiving the delivery notification message, by e-mail to the address corina@supersleeper.ro. The order will be considered canceled when the Buyer has received the cancellation confirmation by e-mail and/or phone from the Seller's representatives.

4.1. The entire content of the website www.supersleeper.ro is the property of the Seller and is protected by copyright law, not being able to be taken over, copied partially or fully or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of the owner. Use for personal or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6.1. By accessing www.supersleeper.ro and using the center menu, you can navigate to the Ebooks or Shop page, where you discover the products and from there they can be added to the basket.
In the Checkout section, it is necessary to fill in the details for invoicing and delivery. The available payment method is through the Netopia legal entity, payment processor, respectively via credit card, online. You can access Netopia's privacy policies through the following link: https://www.mobilpay.ro/public/politica-de-confidientialitate/ Netopia Mobil Pay is located in Romania. Information regarding the processing of your payment. are stored in the European Economic Area on Netopia Mobil Pay servers in Romania.

- Payment
6.1. All prices displayed on the Site are in LEI and include VAT (rate 19%). You can also purchase in USD and Euro, with the payment processor automatically converting to your local currency.

- Delivery and Billing
The delivery of programs and e-books is done by direct download to the device from which you launch the order at the time of payment confirmation. Keep in mind that the electronic product can reach in different device folders. (Downloads, Desktop, etc.) You will receive the tax invoice only in electronic format, by e-mail.

- Return Conditions
Digital products (e-books) are an exception to the usual return conditions as they are considered services by the legislation in force and cannot be returned. Products can only be returned if they are on a material support. E-books and audiobooks are not returnable after downloading.
